This corner of Cantabria is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful ones in the autonomous community, highlighting the amount of green that it presents everywhere, especially near the Palacio de Sobrellano, where peace and serenity reign. La casa de Fito is not left behind, being located in the quiet residential area Viña del Sardinero. This house is just five minutes away from the famous Capricho de Gaudí, as well as the heart of Comillas. It counts with a huge parking space, which allows to forget about the car.
In addition, this house is located about fifteen minutes walk from the beach of the town, surrounded by numerous bars with views of the sea, as well as the port and paths where the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks reigns.
It is also important to mention that La casa de Fito does not leave any member of the family behind: pets are welcome.

Everything great, spacious, comfortable, quiet, garage with interior access, with everything you need to spend a vacation as if you were in your own home. Very close to the Capricho de Gaudí and the center in general. You can move without needing to use the car. Supermarket very close. Detail of a bottle of olive oil. Delighted with everything! Highly recommended!

My son and I stayed in Carmens' apartment for over 3 weeks.
It is comfortable, well equipped, light and airy and in a good location.
Carmen is a wonderful host, extremely helpful, a slight problem with wifi was sorted immediately by both Carmen and her husband.
I would recommend a stay here and look forward to returning myself in the future.

Everything you need for a great stay in a charming town.
Wonderful property with everything you need to enjoy a few days or a few weeks. Lovely and light with a small terrace to enjoy when not visiting this charming town. Many thanks to the owners who went out of their way to accommodate my change of plans and the delivery of luggage. This is a great option for people walking the Camino del Norte with a washing machine and close to a supermarket.
