Crossfit in Comillas
Today we raise the intensity of physical activity with respect to the previous entry. This weekend the first national team crossfit contest takes place at the Vicente Trueba Pavilion in Torrelavega and Comillas Beach, under the name of "The Legacy of the Bison". It is an event that is expected to be repeated in the future and that mobilizes nearly a thousand people including athletes, organizers and volunteers.
It will be played by teams of four people of both sexes and there will be five categories: elite, RX, master, open and rookie; with the participation of 20 teams for each of them. It is that Comillas does not stop! The competition is expected to attract more than 3,000 spectators. Will you be one of them?
